Availability

With the WhyBuy.com calendar, owners are able to manage their item or property in a very organized and efficient manner. By clicking on a date, users are presented with a dialog to select either a date or a range of dates to mark as either AVAILABLE or UNAVAILABLE. Additionally, owners can elect to leave up to five (5) notes on any given date.

Notes:

Notes allow owners to specify who is renting and when they are renting. You can store rental rates and any other additional information on each date. To leave a note, click on any date and then click on MORE DETAILS from the date menu. You will then be presented with a new page where you can leave notes for the selected dates.

In addition to leaving up to five (5) notes on any date, WhyBuy.com titles each note based on the renter's last name. To review these notes, simply browse to the date and click on more details to see all notes for a given date.

You can save changes to any date by clicking SAVE at the bottom of the note. If you need to, you can also delete any note by clicking DELETE.

Additional Options:

To the left of the calendar, WhyBuy.com offers to additional options for managing the availability of your item or property. You can elect to have an external calendar from another site just by inserting a link to another service. You can also elect not to have a calendar at all for your listing.

 

Remember: Only you can see your notes, these are not able to be viewed by renters or anyone viewing your listing.
