Guestbook

Owners have the option of enabling the guestbook feature for each listing. The guestbook actually encompasses two features for the listing: ratings and comments. The guestbook feature can be enabled or disabled at anytime by the owner of the listing. Guestbook items cannot be edited or deleted. An owner can choose to relist an item starting with a fresh guestbook.

Ratings:

When site visitors e-mail an owner of a listing they are able to leave a rating on the listing. When they return to the listing page, they can click the star for the rating they wish to provide, with one (1) star being a poor experience and five (5) stars being the best experience.

Comments:

When site visitors e-mail an owner of a listing they are also able to leave a comment on the listing itself. When they return to the listing page, they can provide a comment to be posted onto the listing. Comments cannot be edited or deleted. Be sure you want to leave the appropriate comment. Owners are allowed to leave a response for each comment posted.
